A recent study by a Ph.D. scholar revealed that nearly 70 percent of Saudis feel unsafe in the private sector. This may explain the keenness with which most Saudis try their best to join the government. In an interesting part of the study, the scholar argues that Saudi seniors are pushed to apply pressure by non-Saudi executives.

Those who are punished with termination, of course, went through a long process of undergoing tremendous daily pressure, such as, notifications, salary deductions and much more.

According to this study, many Saudi employees are aware of the non-Saudi dominion over the greater part of decision-making in these organizations. It also argues that many huge firms do not grant enough space to listen and understand.

Such an interesting report may encourage other Saudi scholars to study the discrimination between men and women in the private sector.

Many Saudi people believe that the private sector is more encouraging for women than it is for men. How true is this? The near future shall bring answers.
