JAZAN — A Mujahideen special forces patrol in Al-Dayer Bani Malik governorate in the Jazan region seized 33 Kalashnikovs and 33 magazines from a water truck during routine inspection rounds Thursday evening, the Saudi Press Agency reported. Acting spokesman for the Mujahideen command in the region Muhammad Al-Wad’ani said the officers grew suspicious of the water truck coming down Mount Athwan and heading toward Al-Dayer. The tanker truck was stopped at Al-Juwah checkpoint. On inspecting the vehicle, the officers found weapons hidden inside the water tank. The truck driver was arrested and handed over to the concerned authorities along with the seized weapons.
