The Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) will organize a series of informative seminars to draft the national strategy and quality programs in Jeddah, Riyadh and the Eastern Province. The program will start from Sunday in Jeddah, Monday in the Eastern Province and Tuesday in Riyadh.
The national strategy program will be launched with informative seminars by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization with the aim to spread and entrench a culture of quality and promotion within government agencies and the private sector. The step will increase the effectiveness of services provided to citizens, the upgrading of national products and promotion of organizational excellence.
Adnan bin Hussein Mandoura, secretary-general at the JCCI, said the symposium will include panel discussions and a variety of quality and organizational excellence working papers. A documentary about the vision of King Abdullah will also be shown.
A number of experts will deliver speeches on the occasion, focusing on quality and organizational excellence, mechanisms and models of the construction strategy and role of governmental and private sectors in the success of achieving this strategy to enhance the global position of the Kingdom.
Mandoura said that JCCI has devised three worksheets including an explanation of the draft strategy and its role in achieving the vision. He said that JCCI has invited business owners and employees of all grades to benefit from these seminars.
The project, which was launched last year within the activities of the quality conference, received many proposals to activate the role and participation of the enterprises in this national project.
