Qatar leaders, Alwaleed hold investment talks
Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, chairman of Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), and an accompanying delegation visited Qatar on Saturday.
During the visit, Prince Alwaleed met with Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Emir of Qatar, and Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani.
The talks took place in the presence of Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber bin Muhammad Al-Thani, former prime minister of Qatar and former minister of foreign affairs at the castle of Sheikh Ali bin Abdullah Al-Thani.
They also discussed the warm friendship between their two countries, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, and referred to a number of political, economic and social issues.
The meeting touched upon the latest developments in the GCC and globally in addition to Prince Alwaleed’s investments in alliance with Qatar through KHC.
Prince Alwaleed was accompanied by a delegation that included: Nahla Nasser Alanbar, private executive assistant to the Chairman, Abir A. Kaki, secretary general of Alwaleed bin Talal Foundations, Jihad Aoukal, private physician to the chairman, Hassna Al-Turki, department head, travel and external affairs, Hani Agha, senior manager travel and external affairs and Fahad bin Saad Bin Nafel, executive assistant to the chairman.
