Prince Miteb said negotiations over Iran’s nuclear program were a subject of discussion during the meeting with Obama.

Saudi National Guard Minister Prince Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud said there was complete agreement between Riyadh and Washington when it came to issues relating to the Middle East region, following a meeting with President Barack Obama.

Prince Miteb arrived in the United States on Tuesday. During his visit, which will last several days, the Saudi official will also meet Defense-Secretary Chuck Hagel, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

Obama expressed the U.S. administration’s commitment to seeking a final solution to the crisis and that it was seeking a solution to Iran’s nuclear program during upcoming negotiations in the Tehran, Prince Miteb said.
