Education Minister Prince Khaled Al-Faisal has approved a number of educational projects Kingdom-wide amounting to nearly SR319 million, according to a ministry announcement.

The projects are aimed to either construct new or complete on-going educational facilities in a number of cities and provinces including Bisha, Asir, Mahail, Tabuk, Hail, Qunfudha, Ahsa, Wajh, Laith and Madinah.

Other projects include maintenance works in schools and administrative buildings in Asir, Riyadh, Madinah, and Dawadmi regions, the ministry said.

The projects will also provide safety and security devices and equipment, water coolers, and air-conditioners to more than 100 schools across the country, the ministry said.
