Jazan Gov. Prince Mohammed bin Nasser

The Education Ministry organized the National Unity Forum under the sponsorship of Jazan Gov. Prince Mohammed bin Nasser.

“The forum engendered loyalty to the Kingdom and the Saudi leadership among the employees of the ministry,” Education Minister Dr. Azzam Al-Dakhil told an online publication.

The slogan of the forum was: “We are all soldiers of King Salman.”

This slogan is meant to be a rallying cry to protect the Kingdom at all costs under the leadership of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman.

In this regard, Saudi troops have shed precious blood and lost life and limb in protecting the Kingdom’s borders in the southern region.

The slogan was also timely since the Kingdom recently celebrated its 85th National Day.

Al-Dakhil added that the forum also aimed to underscore the importance of national unity in the education sector to achieve the aims and objectives of the Kingdom as far as the youth are concerned.

Youths get free education up to high school, and for college and graduate degrees they have been sent overseas to study to return to help in the Kingdom’s development.

The forum was attended by prominent religious, information, cultural, and historical groups. A program featuring various activities was also held.

“The forum was inspiring. It made us realize our duties and responsibilities not only as employees but also as citizens as well,” said a ministry employee who attended the event.

He added that “it also made us realize the good things that Saudi citizens enjoy under the leadership of King Salman.”
