Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif, during his Nov. 26 visit to France, will discuss with French leaders the Syrian crisis, Iranian and Russian intervention in the Middle East, and the global fight against terror.

Issues pertaining to visas for French businessmen and nuclear cooperation for civil purposes will also figure during the talks.

The crown prince will meet with French President Francois Hollande and Prime Minister Manuel Valls. He will also attend an official banquet dinner to be held in his honor, according to sources.

His talks with French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve and other top French officials are also lined up. The visit will reflect the strong political and strategic partnership between the two states.

President Hollande last visited Saudi Arabia in May 2014, while the French premier visited the Kingdom more recently to sign a number of agreements on important issues. The total value of trade between the two countries was around SR42 billion in 2014.
