Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi arrived in the Saudi capital Riyadh on an official visit Sunday evening, the state-owned Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

At the King Salman Airbase Airport, Renzi was received by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Nayef, who is also first deputy prime minister and the minister of interior, in addition to Minister of Social Affairs Majed al-Qssabi, , Saudi’s Ambassador to Italy Raid Qarmali, and Mario Boffo, Italy’s ambassador to the kingdom among other officials.

Later, Prince Mohammed accompanied Renzi in an official motorcade to the King Saud Guest Palace.
