Neil Nitin Mukesh never ever created this amount of ballyhoo in his entire career than now after bagging a role in one of most loved TV series ever — Game of Thrones.

OK, we are not fooling you. This can come as a shocker, actually! Thanks to his role in “Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.”

According to a leading daily, the PRDP’s action director Greg Powell, who’s worked on high profile Hollywood projects like “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” “Fast and Furious 6” and the “Harry Potter” series, and is currently the stunt director of “Game of Thrones,” has offered Neil a role in GoT.

“Greg has directed two sword-fighting sequences in PRDP for which I had to train for over a month in order to get the stance and wrist movements right.

“He seemed pretty impressed with all the hard work I put in and made the offer when we were shooting for the climax scene a few months ago,” Neil shared this with a tabloid, adding that someone from the show’s production team is expected to come down by the month-end for further discussions. Wow!

But it looks like Neil’s rumored character has died before he could even star in the show. If reports are to be believed, a definitive source from HBO has confirmed that Neil was “never even offered the role.”

Also, the most reliable fan community of the show “Watchers on the Wall” got a confirmation from HBO that Neil will not be a part of “Game of Thrones” season 6.

They also said that the cast for season 6 is already overflowing and HBO is unlikely to cast when the shooting has already progressed a lot.

Whatever will be the end result, let’s extend congratulations to “Jhonny Gaddar” actor.

Firstly to Neil, then Nitin, and last but not the least, Mukesh on this momentous occasion!
