Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman chaired the 45th meeting of the Board of Directors of King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives (KAFRA) at Al-Yamamah palace in Riyadh on Tuesday.

The members of the Board of Directors expressed their sincere thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for his generous care and great interest in the national history and the Foundation for its importance in linking the Saudi generations, strengthening national identity and the preservation of the history of the nation and citizens.

The Board of Directors agreed on its participation in the World Digital Library, which is part of the initiatives of United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in collaboration with the library of U.S. Congress.

The meeting was attended by Prince Sultan bin Salman, the president of Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage; Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who is also the vice-president of the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
