A Saudi aid dispatch consisting of 40 tons of medicine and food has arrived on Wednesday in the besieged Yemeni city of Taez, Al Arabiya News Channel reported on Wednesday.

The aid was granted from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center.

In mid-December last year, a deal to immediately resume humanitarian aid to the flashpoint Yemeni city of Taez was agreed at peace talks between the warring sides in Switzerland.
