Education Minister Ahmed Al-Issa has called on teachers, educators and other officials of his ministry to work hard for the common goal of producing quality graduates. “I urge you to do your level best in transmitting knowledge to the students in accordance with the aspirations of the Saudi leadership led by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman,” he said.

The minister made the statement during a two-day developmental meeting held in Jubail under the motto “Towards a quality education” recently. He pointed to the “keenness of the wise leadership to secure all the needs of education and create an environment that’s conducive to learning among students.” Al-Issa asked the teachers and educators to stimulate the minds of students so that their minds become like a sponge that absorb everything that they’re being taught.

He said that to be able to do this, they have to work together to strengthen the teaching profession and avoid everything that hampers and hinders their performance inside the classroom.

He disclosed that a working group had been formed at the ministry to study ways to help teachers and Ministry of Education (MoE) employees in their duties and accomplish their mission.

The minister said that transfer of teachers had been introduced with due consideration to fairness and equality, adding that this had been resorted to in order to achieve equal distribution of educators.
