King Salman visits Al-Azhar Mosque

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud visited Al-Azhar Mosque today.

Upon arrival, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques was received by Grand Sheikh of Al-Azhar Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb and a number of officials.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques performed the mosque greeting prayer, toured the mosque and was briefed on the restoration projects of Al-Azhar Mosque.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques gave Al-Azhar Mosque a curtain of Kaaba door as a gift.

Then, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques laid the foundation stone of the Beouth Islamic City, which includes residential complexes as well as service and educational facilities for Al-Azhar students.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques was accompanied by a number of princes and ministers.
