Saudi Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman granted army official Prince Fahd bin Turki bin Abdulaziz with the new military rank of Lieutenant-General and Commander of the ground forces.
Prince Mohammed, who also serves as the country’s defense minister, congratulated the commander, who in turn expressed thanks to the king, crown prince and deputy crown prince.
