Saudi deputy crown prince donates $800,000 to free Asir prisoners

Deputy Emir of Asir Prince Mansour Bin Muqrin attended the launch of the campaign.


:: Saudi Arabia’s Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman donated 3 million riyals ($800,000) in support of the Asir prisoner release campaign on Sunday.

Asir officials announced on Twitter on Monday morning, the release of 254 prisoners with financial claims amounting to 15 million Saudi Riyal.

Deputy Emir of Asir Prince Mansour Bin Muqrin attended the launch of the campaign in the Muftah Theater.

The deputy Emir of Asir announced Emir of Asir, Prince Faisal bin Khalid’s donation of 2 million Saudi riyals and Deputy Emir of Asir’s donation of 1 million Saudi riyals.

He also announced Prince Muqrin Bin Abdulaziz’s donation of 1 million Saudi riyals in support of the campaign.
