Saudi King calls Egyptian president to discuss bilateral relations

Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi meeting with Saudi Arabia’s King Salman on the sidelines of the Arab League summit in the Jordanian Dead Sea resort of Sweimeh on March 29, 2017.


:: Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz called Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to discuss the current stage of bilateral relations binding the two countries and the means to promote them across all fields.

King Salman and Egyptian president discussed over the call a number of issues of mutual concern.

The two leaders stressed the importance of continuing coordination and consultation between the two sides.

King Salman and president al-Sisi also tackled regional issues and the strategies to confront the risks and challenges that threaten the security and stability of the Arab region.
