Local hajj this year: The tents and the costs

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced the allocation of the camps for companies and institutions of local hajjis.


:: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced the allocation of the camps for companies and institutions of local hajjis (Saudi nationals and expats), within the program of the public Hajj (pilgrimage) this year.

30 camps are assigned in category “A”, near the bridge of the Jamarat, to be rented for 7500 riyals per tent.

The ministry said that 11 “camps” were allocated in category “A2” with a rent of 6875 riyals for the tent.

The 10 “B” camps’ rent is for 6250 riyals for the tent and 17 camps in category “C” for 5000 riyals.

32 camps in the “D1” class will be rented for 3750 riyals, 19 in “D2” camp for 2,500 riyals per tent and 61 camps in category E for rent of 1,500 riyals for the tent.

The ministry explained that the companies operating in the Hajj program are offered at a low cost where 5 camps were allocated to them in category “C” and 19 camps in the category of “D”, and one camp in the category of “D 2” and 20 camps in category “E”.
