Royal order: King deputes crown prince to administer state’s affairs during his absence

:: Saudi Arabia’s King Salman issued a royal order on Monday stating that due to his travel outside the Kingdom from Monday, July 24, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman will administer the state’s affairs and take care of the interests of the people during the period of his absence from the Kingdom, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Later, King Salman left on a private vacation from Jeddah.

He was seen off at King Abdul Aziz International Airport by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Makkah Gov. Prince Khaled Al-Faisal and Jeddah Gov. Prince Mishaal bin Majed.

The king was accompanied by a number of princes, ministers and officials.
