A home-made bomb on a packed rush-hour commuter train in London engulfed a carriage in flames and injured 22 people on Friday in Britain’s fifth major terrorism incident this year, but apparently failed to fully explode.

ISIS claimed responsibility for the blast on a packed commuter train on the London underground network, the militant group’s Amaq news agency said.

British police said they identified the suspect in the attack at Parsons Green Station.
