Saudi Board of Grievances chairman calls on administrative courts to expedite judicial work

:: Board of Grievances Chairman Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Yousef called on the heads of administrative courts to cooperate in expediting their work, whether it’s judicial or intellectual aspects that affect the judicial process.

Al-Yousef also urged them to achieve their goals by using the best methods in the work of the courts through an advanced electronic environment.

During the recent opening of the annual meeting in Dammam, he explained that the work of the courts is closely followed by the competent departments which are expecting efficient service to clients.

The two-day meeting was attended by the heads of administrative courts of appeal and the heads of administrative courts at the Board of Grievances in the region.

During his visit to the administrative court in Dammam, Al-Yousef urged the judges to keep in mind their roles and responsibilities and that they must be committed to doing everything they can.

He stressed the need to complete their work and intensify efforts to keep pace with the strategic plan of the ombudsman.

He pointed out that they must fulfill their responsibilities to the fullest of their abilities since they play an important role in the administration of justice.

The meeting also discussed the presentation of e-services and quality management, as well as the electronic system which was adopted by the Board of Grievances and launched through its electronic portal.

The meeting also made a presentation on the financial services and electronic management, as well as what they provide and what is notable about their performance.
