KSRelief gives vital medicine to Yemen Health Ministry


:: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) on Saturday gave Yemen’s Health Ministry 20 tons of medicine and medical equipment in Aden, in the presence of senior ministry staff.

Abdul Aziz Bawaizr, KSRelief’s representative in Aden, and Jamal Balfaqih, coordinator of the Supreme Commission for Relief in Yemen, were also present, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

Ahmed Kamal, undersecretary of the Health Ministry, lauded the center for its continuous support for Yemen in the past three years.

KSRelief also distributed 2,400 food baskets to needy families in Al-Mafir district of Taiz governorate.

The center is implementing 166 projects in Yemen, the SPA reported.
