King Salman prayed amidst crowds of worshipers who filled the Grand Mosque and surrounding squares.


:: The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abulaziz, performed Eid al-Fitr prayers on Friday morning in the Grand Mosque of Mecca, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

King Salman prayed amidst crowds of worshipers who filled the Grand Mosque and surrounding squares.

The prayer was also performed by Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Al-Hariri and Military Commander of the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition Gen. Raheel Sharif.

The prayer was also performed by Prince Bandar bin Mohammed bin Abdulrahman, Prince Faisal bin Turki bin Abdullah, Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Mecca Region; as well as a number of princes, scholars, sheikhs and senior civil and military officials.
