Tourists can obtain a visa through self-service devices, smartphones, or visa offices at entry inlets.

:: The Department of Passports announced on Monday that it has started to receive, via the Kingdom’s entry inlets, tourists with e-tourism visas launched by the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage last Friday.

In a statement, the department announced that citizens of 49 states were allowed to obtain visas through the platform visa.visitsaudi.com, or by visiting the department’s offices upon arrival in the Kingdom.

It pointed out that any tourist can obtain a visa through self-service devices, smartphones, or visa offices at entry inlets. The tourist can stay in Saudi Arabia for a maximum of 90 days during a given year.
